activity programmers with teamwork and team building theory, to enhance the learning experience.

Meet the Team
Heather and Peter Morgan head a team of specialist Instructors and Coaching staff with many years experience. Their unique mix of enthusiasm, listening skills and keen sense of humour are key factors in making our events a success.

Working alongside my partner, Peter Morgan we developed Motor Safari, and later Morgan Events. I am responsible for Marketing & Public Relations and managed to secure 7 Blind Date series in the 1990s. My success in the field of Public relations and corporate media profiling
resulted in me being runner up in the Lloyds T.S.B. – Options Magazine ‘Business Woman of the Year’ Award in the mid 90s.
As a self employed person (and a mum!) I understand all too well the pressures of working for yourself. It can feel very lonely and terribly isolating. The same is true of anyone in management or in a position of authority. I can write a book about juggling plates … and a best seller about how easy it is to drop one or three!!
I am particularly passionate about using Art & Creative Skills as part of our team building programmes and have, with the support of our resident Professional artist, Rhiannon, designed Art Storming and a menu of wonderfully creative activities, which are fun and guarantee proactive team involvement and success.
I was a professional Social Worker and was a Supervisor for trainee volunteers for Cruse Bereavement Care. I am also trained in Art therapy. As a Counselor I specialise in Grief & Bereavement and Relationship issues. As a Coach I am unbearably proud of every single client that I coach, and I ensure that my clients leave me motivated and focused. All of my skills can be widely used within a company framework.
I am a B.A. Economics Honors Graduate with over 30 years experience at all levels of management from Management Trainee, to Regional Training Manager and Managing Director. I have practical experience of working with and leading teams in sectors ranging from charities such as Dr Barnardos, to High Street Retailers, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Financial, Tourism /Leisure and Motor Manufacturing sectors. My experience of business environments range from Multinational PLC’s to new business start ups, from managing established successful operations, to “Trouble Shooting” and “Change Management” projects.
I have successfully worked with individuals and teams as a Coach and Business Mentor.
I particularly enjoy motivating and leading teams and have utilising my extensive experience in designing and developing a wide menu of training programmers. Working with teams is very rewarding and customer feedback is wonderful.

Dan is responsible for all of our web design and I.T. activity. As a Clark Kent look alike, Dan is a big success with our female Customers! Dan is currently studying for his M.A. in I.T.
